Martha's health and wellbeing tips to help you feel better:

  • Make use of the bright mornings and evenings. Although sitting at your desk during the majority of the day whilst gazing outside seeing the warmth of the sun, try to utilise the time before and after work. Get outside for a morning or evening stroll.

  • Make plans for your weekends that get you excited. Knowing that your week is going to end with some really exciting plans is going to help with concentration and productivity in your work during the week. Stay focused with exciting plans on the horizon.

  • Staying on top of hydration - drinking around 2L a day is what we should strive for normally, but on hotter days to increase this is vital to replenish the body’s natural water levels. Easy ways to add water into your diet is through fruits/vegetables with higher water content e.g. cucumber, celery, courgette, watermelon, apples.
