Our Health Nutrition Assessment is perfect for anyone wanting a one off assessment to learn more about your current diet and lifestyle. Having a health nutrition assessment provides you with an overview of your nutritional needs and your current lifestyle. Our expert team will review your current diet and lifestyle and give you three core nutrition areas to focus on. The health nutrition assessment is perfect for someone who wants an expert overview of their nutritional needs with a view to better understanding the area’s they could focus on to feel healthier. How does it work? To ensure we maximise the assessment we ask you to complete our nutrition form and complete a 3 day food diary. We then arrange a phone or video consultation to run through your assessment which lasts 30 minutes. After your assessment has been completed you will then start your nutrition journey by receiving your report and lifestyle suggestions on how to optimise your diet and start to feel healthier.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel we require 48 hours' notice and to reschedule we require 24 hours' notice.
