Hi, I’m Katie.
I help women feel in control of their health during pregnancy and as new mums. My practice is informed by my non-diet, inclusive approach and my own experience as a mum. I work with mums to optimise their diet during pregnancy, addressing concerns such as gestational diabetes, weight-gain, iron-deficiency and constipation. Postnatally I focus on a gentle recovery from birth, supporting women to regain their energy and maintain good health for breastfeeding.
For over 10 years I have worked with parents to resolve issues in feeding their babies and children, from starting solid foods, transitioning to family meals and tackling fussy eating. I am passionate about making food fun for families and helping parents to raise happy eaters.

I am currently studying Public Health (MSc, the University of the West of England)
