Hi, my name is Denisa and I am a registered Nutritionist with the AfN (ANutr) and a Herbalist.

I work with a range of clients to empower them to reach their health and wellbeing goals, providing a unique combination of evidence-based Nutrition and Herbalism. From supporting general health to managing specific health conditions, I use principles of Herbalism, Mindfulness, CBT, or Intuitive Eating to support the connection between physical and mental health as a part of a holistic approach.

I am also a Weight-inclusive practitioner, meaning whatever shape or size you are, I will adapt my consultations to you.

I offer 1:1 Nutrition Consultations, Nutrient Analysis, as well as public talks and workshops, including corporate wellbeing events focused on both nutrition.
