A registered Associate Nutritionist with over 15 years working in the food and drinks industry; writing nutrition articles for various media platforms and working as a nutritionist in a busy research hub.

She specialises in plant-based and sustainable eating practices and mindful eating behaviour.  Guidance and support are provided to clients wanting to adopt changes in their lifestyle, whether it’s to lose weight, manage symptoms of IBS, or align beliefs with behaviours about food.  She also provides sympathetic and encouraging support to parents whose children have adopted vegan and vegetarian diets. This can often be a difficult time full of anxiety and the goal is to reassure and provide expert, evidence-based advice and practical ways for you to cater for yours and your children’s requirements at this time.

Aimee also specialises in early years nutrition and is passionate about helping parents struggling with fussy eating behaviours. Offering support and practical methods for you to use to reduce your stress, allowing you to enjoy family mealtimes together.
